How to Deal with Unwanted Thoughts while Meditating
For every breath, count the only number of it in our heart, (without saying the “breath in” or “breath out”)
Breath in…1
Breath out…2
Breath in…3
…
Breath out…10
Repeat from 1 again.
Or, for each breath, called the name “Buddha” in our heart, or other name that we admire/wish to call.
